I'm a customer service professional currently pursuing a BSc in Actuarial Science with IT. I bring hands-on experience supporting customers through live chat, email, and SMS, resolving inquiries with a clear, warm, and professional tone. My background also includes order and account support, cash handling, and daily record-keeping in a fast-paced small business environment.

I'm fluent in English and French (spoken and written), with basic Spanish, and comfortable working with helpdesk dashboards, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite. I have a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet, and I'm available for flexible remote hours — part-time or permanent
