I'm seeking a client-facing, sales, finance, or business support role where I can apply my economics and accounting coursework alongside my experience in customer engagement.

In my informal Online Sales & Customer Support Assistant role, I managed daily client inquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram, providing timely, professional responses and tailored product recommendations.

I also developed and carried out a consistent content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp to grow audience engagement. I streamlined order processing and administrative tasks to support accurate, efficient service.

When customer issues arose, I resolved them calmly and professionally, helping preserve service standards and the business's reputation.

I'm studying for a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Daystar University and have completed the coursework for CPA Level 1 at KCA University, where I’m awaiting the examination. I’m also seeking to apply my experience in a client-facing, sales, finance, or business support role.
