What I'm looking for

I want to lead production support and DevOps automation for mission-critical trading platforms, partnering with vendors and stakeholders to improve SLA reliability, monitoring, incident/problem management, and safe releases in a high-ownership environment.

I’m a technology services leader with 18+ years of experience in Application Support and Maintenance across Investment Banking and digital asset exchange platforms. I focus on keeping mission-critical trading and post-trade systems stable while improving reliability through automation and strong incident discipline.

For 15+ years, I’ve led production support for Front Office applications where uptime and SLA adherence directly impact trading operations. I’ve worked hands-on with crypto exchange workflows—derivatives, spot markets, and settlement—alongside deep expertise in Murex Application Support (3.1.xx) including BAU, EOD/EOW, DataMart, and Azure/GitLab deployments.

In my current role as Application Support Manager at AsiaNext Digital Exchange, I lead an applications/operations team supporting exchange listing, trading, clearing, settlement, and post-trade operations. I provide BAU support for 24/7 FIX, Binary, and REST-API connectivity, manage incident/problem handling, and drive monitoring and workflow enhancements using SQL/Python-based reporting.

Previously at ING Bank, I served as a Senior IT Engineer (DevOps), automating Azure pipelines, CICD deployments for Tibco DataSynapse on HPC machines, and improving performance monitoring and release safety. Earlier, I supported global front office platforms at BNY Mellon, Credit Suisse, and UBS, troubleshooting FIX connectivity and database issues while implementing automated monitoring to reduce production outages and improve operational efficiency.
