I’m a customer-focused call center and telemarketing professional who’s confident over the phone and genuinely enjoy helping people. I’m also currently studying in college, and I’m actively looking for a job where I can apply what I’m learning while staying productive.

In my call center and telemarketing experience, I handled sales calls, worked with sale companies, and supported customers through clear communication. I’m comfortable with objection handling, prospecting, outbound sales, and presenting solutions that move conversations forward.

Alongside customer-facing work, I’ve built strong warehouse experience as a Warehouse Worker/Forklift Operator/Driver. I’m used to working with scanners, load & unload, picking & packing, and safely operating equipment like a forklift and pallet jack while keeping an organized workspace.

I bring reliability, attention to detail, and a “ready for anything” mindset—whether I’m resolving issues, escalating customer concerns, or moving inventory efficiently. I hold a Forklift Certification and I’m motivated to grow in a role that values great communication and consistent performance.
