At Sanhua Automotive, I manage 100 team leaders and production operators across seven production lines and two shifts. I lead daily production activities and monitor performance against production, quality, safety, and delivery objectives.
I reduced the required headcount on one production line from seven operators to six while maintaining production performance. I also achieved a record shift output of 900 pieces and stabilized performance at an average of approximately 820 pieces per shift.
At Luna Labs, I managed Quality Management System activities and created, updated, and maintained 50 controlled procedures and work instructions. I supported audits and corrective action follow-up, and helped maintain 100% document revision control compliance.
At Posco International Mexico E-Mobility, I developed production plans for Press & Shear processes, coordinated 20 production employees, and generated monthly production and efficiency reports. Earlier, as a Production / Process Engineering Intern at Stellantis Saltillo Truck Assembly Plant, I participated in improvement projects, including work focused on reducing model change time from 12 to 10 minutes.
