At CARMI GLOBAL, I led the In-Home transition, managing imports to the U.S., Europe, and Asia. I designed SLA matrices and legal protocols, coordinated door-to-door logistics for key accounts, and improved service levels through logistics route controls.
At NTN, I led a 52-person team across planning, purchasing, sales, foreign trade, and warehousing. I achieved 99.98% inventory accuracy, localized 19% of materials against a 15% target, and implemented Oracle JDE to standardize material control.
Earlier, at TRW, I helped increase daily production from 6,000 to more than 9,000 pieces through bottleneck improvements using TOC systems. At Nissan Mexicana, I developed production plans for engine assembly, machining, and foundry operations, and managed EOP and SOP implementation during production-line changes.
