What I'm looking for

I'm looking for project management, business process, or continuous improvement work where I can lead cross-functional initiatives, use data and Lean tools to improve performance, reduce costs, and drive organizational change.

I've led continuous improvement and operational excellence work across Electrical Components International, Eaton Corporation, BOS Automotive, and Bader de México, improving productivity, reducing costs, and strengthening KPI performance.

At Eaton, I deployed the Eaton Business System following a corporate acquisition and led strategic transformation initiatives across multiple departments. I used Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, Improvement Ideas, Gemba Walks, and 5S to improve results.

At BOS Automotive and Bader de México, I managed ROI and cost-benefit evaluations, productivity projects, standardized work instructions, and Lean systems including VSM, SMED, TPM, Kanban, and OEE. I've also supported BPS, IATF, ISO, and VDA audits.

Most recently at ECI, I coordinated cross-functional improvement projects and HR operations, using digital tools and ERP data to support process standardization, cost reduction, and employee engagement initiatives.
