In my role as a Production Planning and Control Coordinator at EQ Manufacturas, I was responsible for overseeing the production control department across three plants. I created monthly production programs and ensured timely delivery of necessary components for manufacturing. My focus on continuous improvement programs, such as KPIs and 5S, has significantly enhanced operational efficiency.

Previously, I worked as an Operations Planner at Cone Denim, where I managed production schedules and material requirements. My experience in the automotive sector at Cooper Standard Automotive involved implementing projects that ensured operational efficiency and training personnel.
