I'm currently managing process quality for 12 production lines at Magna Closures de Mexico, supporting Nissan and Toyota latch and window-regulator products.
I create and update control plans and PFMEA documents, follow PV testing with AQE, and manage customer complaints, non-conforming material, and sorting activities.
Previously at Aptiv Centec III, I drove corrective and preventive actions, poka-yoke implementation, quality-system audits, and cost-reduction projects using structured problem-solving methods including 8D, 5W3L, DMAIC, Ishikawa, and RPS.
