What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead teacher recruitment, training, and academic operations, using my experience supporting international English-language schools and developing streamlined recruitment processes.

I've led recruitment for My English School Italia's online system, hiring four teachers per month and supporting recruitment across 85+ schools in Italy, Spain, France, and Switzerland.

As Director of Studies at My English School Venice Mestre, I managed overall school operations, timetables for 400+ students, student courses, and a didactic team of teachers, course coordinators, and reception staff. I also led didactic recruitment and training for four schools in North East Italy.

My teaching background spans Business, Finance, Legal and Medical English, IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, Trinity, SATs, CLIL, and exam preparation for learners from early years through adulthood.
