I am a fraud and risk analyst with experience monitoring real-time remittance transactions to prevent fraud and ensure AML/KYC compliance. I combine my economics background with data analysis skills to identify risk patterns and improve operational controls.

At Sutherland (Remitly) I conducted real-time investigations, detected and escalated suspicious transactions, and contributed to preventing financial losses. I was recognized as a Top 5 performer on the Protection Team for accuracy and decision-making.

My technical toolkit includes Python, R and SQL, and I have formal training in computer programming with an emphasis on web development. I have academic credentials in economics and have completed workshops on tax microsimulation and research methods.
