What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply ABA clinical skills, improve documentation and compliance, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

I am a Registered Behavior Technician with hands-on experience delivering ABA and ESDM therapy, authoring clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with payer and medical guidelines. I partner closely with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and mental health providers to align treatment plans and reporting standards.

I have developed training resources and mentored new staff on documentation accuracy and data systems such as CentralReach, and I synthesize therapy data into reports that inform clinical decisions and insurer communications. I am recognized for high session fidelity, adaptability with diverse learners, and strong rapport with clients and families.

In addition to clinical roles, I have led operations and communications efforts—overseeing large-scale guest operations, supervising teams, drafting organizational policies, and coordinating messaging across institutions. I hold RBT, CPR, and Professional Crisis Management certifications and am fluent in English and French.
