What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to people-focused teams through talent onboarding, training coordination, HR operations, employee relations, and compliant workflow systems, while continuing to grow in strategic human capital management.

I have launched Esoteric (Pvt) Organization for Research’s remote-first digital architecture, building training tracks, onboarding documentation, and its WordPress web presence. I also authored the organization’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions to support compliant operations.

At Mimosa Mining Company, I administered employee records and HR data systems in line with SHE onboarding standards, coordinated recruitment and training tracking, and supported employee relations and welfare inquiries. My Human Resource Management studies focus on labor relations, talent management, organizational behavior, and workplace compliance.
