Seeking a fully remote senior role in Growth, Digital Operations, or Marketing Technology at a US, UK, AU, CA, or SG-headquartered company. I bring 6+ years of digital systems consulting, 80+ automated workflows, and a civil engineering foundation that gives me structural precision in growth and operations roles.

I started as a civil engineer delivering road, drainage, and sewerage projects across Malaysia, then translated that systems thinking into digital transformation and growth operations. I design and build marketing automation stacks, CRM pipelines, sales funnels, AI chatbots, and lead-generation infrastructure that run without daily owner intervention.

As a consultant and digital systems architect I've built fully automated onboarding for A&W, designed over 80 automated workflows for a 3,000-member direct sales network, and manage paid campaigns and full lead funnels for retained clients. I focus on removing repetitive manual work so teams can scale.
