What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can deliver fast, friendly service, handle responsibilities with accuracy, and grow—bringing my front desk operations, sales drive, and mentorship experience to a supportive team.

I bring strong, hands-on customer service experience from fast-paced front desk and service roles, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, room assignments, and guest inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism. I’m skilled at coordinating with internal teams to resolve concerns quickly and keep stays on track.

Across roles, I’ve consistently driven outcomes—mentoring 30+ youth through MSYEP, coordinating schedules and timekeeping for work hours and payroll checks, and achieving/exceeding daily sales targets at European Wax Center. I also have healthcare exposure as a Primary Care Associate, where I documented vital signs and supported patient recovery with ADLs.
