What I'm looking for
I’m a self-taught, technically capable candidate looking for an entry-level remote customer support, technical support, or QA role. I work directly with customers every day, staying calm with high-volume questions and resolving everyday issues while following procedures accurately.
Beyond support, I design and build my own cross-platform app end to end, making my own architecture and product decisions. Using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code), I’ve worked through real cross-language bugs by reproducing issues, narrowing the cause, and verifying fixes—backed by Git version control and automated snapshot and UI testing.
