I’m an operations and product management professional who enjoys turning messy inputs into clear workflows, measurable outcomes, and customer impact. Through internships, I’ve built a strong foundation in data-informed decision-making and execution.

In my Growth and Marketing Intern role, I used datamining and web extensions to support destination analysis for educational excursions. I also set up email campaigns, helped qualify leads via cold calling, and tracked outreach through CRM follow-ups.

As a Market Research Intern, I researched suitable clients for domain acquisition and ran outbound email campaigns with improved response tracking using automated workflows. Later, as an Operations and Marketing Head, I designed operational workflows, led offline and digital campaigns for customer acquisition, and managed teams and execution.

I also bring hands-on building skills, including UI/UX design for a website and mobile application. My projects reflect my focus on practical automation—like a voice-to-text prescription system using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python to structure medical data from input tokens.
