I’m looking for a role where I can own scheduling, inventory, and documentation workflows, support customers, and partner with cross-functional teams. I want an environment that values clear communication, process improvement, and consistent follow-through.

I’m an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Professional with 10+ years of experience in office management, scheduling, customer service, and inventory coordination. I’m known for strong communication, practical problem-solving, and adapting quickly in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as a Field Service Manager, I coordinate scheduling and logistics for service technicians across seven states to ensure efficient coverage and timely customer service. I maintain accurate work order tracking and provide regular updates to customer sites when scheduling changes affect service.

I also manage technician inventory—handling orders, returns, damaged parts, and quarterly audits—so the right parts and documentation are always ready. I generate reports on deadlines, parts usage, and service progress to support management decisions, and I train and onboard new hires through hands-on and remote instruction.

Previously, I served as a Title, Warranty & Inventory Manager, where I processed title paperwork, warranties, and registrations, submitted warranty claims, and maintained accurate documentation with state agencies and manufacturers. I supported customers with questions about titles, registrations, and warranties, and I continue to bring that same documentation rigor and customer-first mindset to every operation.
