I’m looking for a mission-driven team where I can support client care and nonprofit operations with strong organization, clear communication, and reliable follow-through—while building deeper experience in development operations, fundraising workflows, and strategic planning.

I’m a detail-oriented nonprofit client services and administrative professional with 3+ years of experience supporting program operations, event management, client communications, and database administration. I bring strong written communication and a people-first approach, especially when I’m helping others understand options and move forward with confidence.

In my current role as a Client Services Associate, I provide individualized healthcare counseling, research, and advocacy while maintaining clear, professional communication. I keep accurate client records and case documentation in Salesforce CRM, manage multiple cases and competing deadlines, and coordinate next steps—so complex information stays organized and actionable.

Previously, as an Administrative & Events Assistant at Felicity House, I helped plan and execute more than 100 nonprofit programs and events, managing logistics, schedules, materials, and outreach. I also support data entry and reporting through Salesforce and Excel, draft event communications, and create program materials using Canva—then serve as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless, mission-driven experiences.
