I seek a role focused on donor database integrity and CRM operations where I can improve processes, train staff, and support strong donor relations.

I am a development-focused professional with hands-on experience maintaining donor data integrity, supporting CRM transitions, and delivering timely donor communications. I have a BFA and have worked across nonprofits, where I ensured accurate data entry in Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, and PatronManager while documenting procedures and training successors.

I bring proven customer-service skills responding to donor inquiries, experience with data recovery during database migrations, and volunteer work supporting data management, transcription, and production design. I am detail-oriented, comfortable with Microsoft and Google suites, and certified as a Notary Public in Baltimore City.
