What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine strong communication with conflict resolution and attention to detail—supporting people day-to-day, troubleshooting issues quickly, and staying patient under pressure with high integrity.

I represented the administrative link between students and faculty administration, handling “everyday and various demands of students” while maintaining clear communication. After completing my Master of Economics, I was promoted to Director of Student Services, where my duties became “more numerous” and expanded across student-facing support.

I also led a technical support function through an informational cabinet, providing maintenance for computers and installations of computer systems. More recently, as an ELD CS representative, I help truck drivers across the US with “digital trouble” on the road, acting as a steady, patient support presence that requires focus and resilience under pressure.
