I’m a motivated IT professional building a strong foundation in computer networking and cybersecurity through my BSc (Hons) in Computer Networking & IT Security (2023 – Present). I focus on identifying and resolving technical challenges, monitoring systems, and safeguarding digital assets, while continuously improving hands-on skills via TryHackMe and Cisco Networking Academy.

In my IT Field Support role at Classic Tech Pvt. Ltd. (Aug 2025 – Nov 2025), I diagnosed and resolved customer technical issues across internet and networking services, performed field visits for installations and device retrieval, and documented account and troubleshooting updates while coordinating with technical teams to escalate complex cases. I also back my applied interests with certifications in Operational Cyber Security (Detection, Prevention, and Response) plus multiple Cisco and AWS Academy tracks, and I’ve built projects like a secure file sharing system using MERN Stack with OTP authentication, AES-256 encryption, and SHA-256 hashing.
