At Sajilo Net, I monitor ISP network infrastructure in real time, diagnose GPON/OLT connectivity issues, and help restore customer services before incidents escalate.
I use JIRA to track incidents, manage workflows, and document technical solutions that help teams improve over time. Previously at Workalaya R&D, I monitored multiple ISP connections and resolved routing and VLAN configuration issues across internal systems.
I'm building deeper capability in network security, SOC operations, and infrastructure hardening while completing my Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. I also led an eight-student ICT capstone team through planning, development, and delivery.
