I'm seeking Customer Success, Sales Development, or Business Operations opportunities in technology-driven organizations where I can improve customer experiences, coordinate service delivery, build client relationships, and grow my technology knowledge.

I founded and manage ZION TRAVELLERS, overseeing end-to-end travel service delivery, client engagement, bookings, scheduling, and operational execution across domestic and international services.
