What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead large-scale regional operations and transformation, developing high-performing people leaders while improving commercial performance, customer experience and organisational culture.

At Lincolnshire Co-operative, I lead regional multi-site operations across 21 branches, with accountability for commercial outcomes, compliance and people leadership.

I've delivered a 5% regional profit increase (£1.25M), turned around the region's largest underperforming site by £450,000 PAGR in 12 months, and generated more than £300k in annual savings through capacity analysis and service optimisation.

I lead high-value transformation projects, including £1M+ relocations and acquisitions, while developing future managers, improving CSQ standards and maintaining a 4.7/5 annual customer satisfaction score. I'm currently completing an MBA in Strategic Executive Leadership and a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship.
