I'm looking to continue delivering proactive IT support and scalable systems solutions across networking, servers, security, and multi-client environments while building lasting client relationships.

At Network Doctor, I support multiple businesses with different IT needs, creating and responding to tickets while working across networking, hardware, software, firewalls, and servers.

I provide Windows and Mac support, manage Office 365 environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and research scalable solutions that help clients maintain reliable technology.

Previously, I supported more than 1,000 employees at Downstream Casino, coordinated technician dispatches, and helped complete upgrades, setups, and time-sensitive support requests. I completed a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and bring CompTIA A+ and Network+ credentials to hands-on systems and network support.
