What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and operate reliable platform and distributed systems, lead automation and observability improvements, mentor engineers, and partner across teams to deliver production capabilities.

At Insight Direct India, I build and operate platform capabilities across public cloud, private cloud, and on-premise environments. I launched SAP Hybris deployment automation that eliminated manual deployment steps, built centralised ELK logging across 15+ production servers, and delivered a DORA metrics platform adopted by eight engineering teams.

I've led cloud automation, Kubernetes operations, and production reliability work at IBM ISL, Kmart Australian Services, Legato Healthcare, Infosys, and Verizon. I use Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, Azure, Prometheus, Grafana, and Python to reduce toil, improve incident response, strengthen security, and mentor engineering teams.
