At IBM Cloud, I lead an eight-engineer DevOps, SRE, and platform squad responsible for IaaS platform roadmap execution, architecture reviews, reliability, and cost outcomes.

I redesigned Kafka processing for an observability platform and led distributed infrastructure automation that reduced infrastructure spend by about 40%. My platform tooling, including incident characterization, configuration monitoring, and OpenStack instrumentation, has reduced MTTR and contributed to two USPTO patent grants.

I've translated platform priorities into OKRs, built SLI/SLO/error-budget practices, led P1 RCA through closure, and partnered with TAMs and sales on IBM Power IaaS opportunities exceeding $2M. I also hire, coach, run career development conversations, and helped drive two promotions and an internal mobility transition.

Previously, I built CI/CD, IaC, observability, performance, and test automation platforms at VMware, Cohesity, Dell EMC, and Accenture across distributed systems, virtual desktop infrastructure, backup platforms, and banking systems.
