At Crisis24, I monitor and correlate threat feeds and live geospatial telemetry for executive movements, triaging alerts and escalating them according to defined thresholds. I also coordinate ground transportation and protective services cases in English and Spanish.
I track GSOC cases in Salesforce, where I built case report trackers and a reconciliation dashboard. I’ve diagnosed Salesforce defects to their root causes and manage testing and user feedback for an internal client-brief generator hosted in SharePoint.
For that generator, I reviewed the source and delivered a versioned build with 17 documented change proposals for leadership review. I also designed a Salesforce-to-generator data import with the Salesforce administrator.
In my projects, I built a GitHub Actions pipeline that scans Terraform changes and blocks merges when checks fail, and a Python event-driven log-monitoring pipeline that prioritizes severe events. Before Crisis24, I progressed through three promotions at Publix Super Markets and directed a workforce of 40+ associates.
