What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build AI products where customer discovery, focused MVPs and measurable operational outcomes shape the roadmap. I value hands-on collaboration with engineering, design and business leaders, plus the scope to take products from problem validation through launch and adoption.

At TCS, I own an AI product portfolio across five enterprise Revenue Management applications, with four products shipped to production. My work includes a Revenue Leakage Detector for business leaders, ResGenie for test-case generation, ResEagle for agentic incident resolution, and Environment Health Agents for predictive monitoring.

I turn user research, incident analysis and operational workflows into focused product roadmaps. The AI products I’ve delivered reduced daily support effort by about 60%, developer effort by 30–40%, downtime by 25%, and MTTR by up to 80%.

Previously at Mkonnekt, I took four restaurant-operator B2B SaaS products from zero to more than 50 paying customers, owning discovery, MVP scope, launch, go-to-market and roadmap decisions. I also directed the AWS data architecture and coached engineering teams through delivery.

I founded and ran Josh&Joy, a direct-to-consumer accessories and handmade-goods business, handling product mix, sourcing, pricing, customer acquisition, fulfilment and after-sales myself. I bring that hands-on commercial perspective to building narrow products, learning early and scaling what customers value.
