I’m a Product Manager/Product Owner with 11+ years of experience in software and 6 years focused on product management. I enjoy taking complex business problems and turning them into simple, scalable products that deliver measurable customer and business value.

My experience spans B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, TravelTech, FinTech, APIs, workflow automation and AI-enabled products. I have led products through the full lifecycle—from discovery and requirements to strategy, roadmap, prioritization, development, launch and continuous improvement.

In my current product experience, I have led the development of a multi-tenant Corporate Booking Tool, working across booking workflows, integrations, business rules, approvals and automation. Some of the outcomes include improving user adoption by 25%+, reducing customer onboarding time by 30%, and reducing manual operational effort by 30%+.

I have also worked as a Product Owner on a loyalty redemption platform for JPMorgan Chase, where I worked closely with business and engineering teams and supported the onboarding and migration of multiple banking clients.

I’m particularly interested in products involving B2B SaaS, platforms, AI/automation, APIs, data-driven products and complex workflows. I enjoy working closely with engineering, design and business stakeholders, asking the right questions, making trade-offs and turning ideas into products that people actually use.
