I'm seeking an entry-level customer service role where I can communicate clearly, solve customer inquiries calmly, learn new tools and processes, and deliver a positive experience for every customer.

I'm pursuing an entry-level customer service role where I can use clear communication, active listening, and calm inquiry handling to create positive customer experiences.

As a second-year Faculty of Computers and Information student at Mansoura University, I've built practical skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, time management, teamwork, and professional business email writing.

I'm fluent in Arabic, have intermediate English proficiency, and bring certificates in Customer Service Fundamentals, Google Digital Marketing, Excel for Beginners, and the Aspire Leaders Program. I'm quick to learn new tools and processes and committed to supporting customers reliably and patiently.
