What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with leaders on real staffing challenges, reach candidates creatively, and use data and technology to improve high-volume hiring in a corporate environment.

At Harford County Public Schools, I partner with approximately 150 hiring managers across 54 schools and five departments, managing 80 active requisitions and supporting 300+ hires annually. I develop staffing strategies, source and screen candidates, guide offers and onboarding, and advise teams on qualifications, compliance, salary schedules, and hiring decisions.

I use recruitment data, ATS campaigns, social media, community outreach, and hiring events to solve difficult staffing needs. As the department’s go-to Oracle HCM recruitment and onboarding resource, I support system development, UAT, troubleshooting, training, and process improvements that make hiring more efficient for candidates and hiring teams.
