At Hotel Krone Unterstrass in Zurich, I directed the Rooms Division for an 80-room, multi-outlet property, leading 50 employees across diverse nationalities while holding signatory authority and budget responsibility.
I led the business side of a Fidelio-to-Opera PMS migration, including configuration, custom reporting, testing, vendor coordination, and go-live. I also co-managed the operational reopening following an 18M CHF renovation, restructured reception, led ISO 9001 recertification, and developed SOPs and training for apprentices.
Now working in Front Office at Hotel Cardedu in Sardinia, I manage guest relations and reservations while strengthening my Italian in a hands-on boutique-hospitality environment. I bring 15+ years of international hotel experience across Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, the US, and Italy.
