What I'm looking for
I’m a creative, detail-driven marketing and administrative professional, remote-ready and comfortable working independently with a remote team. I focus on end-to-end social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns—backed by strong operational support.
In my current role as a Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator, I plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms to promote services, products, and client reviews. I write and develop influencer script content, design and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials, and handle client communications with professionalism and empathy to ensure prompt, satisfactory resolution.
I also deliver hands-on administrative and operational work: scheduling, record keeping, correspondence management, and operational reporting. From coordinating in-house events and open days to conducting weekly stock audits using the FIFO system, managing inventory records, and processing invoices and petty cash, I keep priorities moving in fast-paced environments.
Previously, as a Front Desk Receptionist, I managed guest check-ins/check-outs, handled online/phone reservations, and resolved enquiries and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction standards. I’m proficient with Microsoft Office and Canva, and I support documentation and administration with accuracy and consistency.
