At Lieferando, I manage and strategically develop a portfolio of restaurant and business partners, using performance analysis to increase revenue, visibility, and growth.

I develop churn-prevention measures, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and resolve complex operational and technical challenges. I also work closely with internal teams to improve partner satisfaction and optimize partner-business processes.

I previously supported property management and accounting at Core ImmobilienManagement, handling customer support, contract negotiations, renovation planning, insurance claims, statements, liquidity planning, and receivables management.

My International Business degree, semester abroad in Bilbao, and extended travel in Latin America and Southeast Asia have strengthened my intercultural perspective, organization, and Spanish skills.
