I've led full-cycle recruiting across construction, engineering, technical, operational, leadership, and corporate hiring. Most recently, I managed roughly 20 active requisitions across U.S. markets for Builders FirstSource while quickly adopting new recruiting systems and processes.

At the Veterans Benefits Administration's National Recruitment Team, I supported more than 70 recruiting and outreach initiatives across multiple regions. I partnered with hiring leaders on strategy, intake, sourcing, candidate communication, pipeline activity, and process improvements in a high-volume remote environment.

During six years at Donohoe Construction Company, I recruited project executives, project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and corporate talent. My sourcing and intake strategies reduced external-agency reliance by approximately $300K and supported 95% one-year retention across hires.

I've also recruited accounting and finance professionals at Green Key Resources and aerospace, engineering, software/IT, and technical talent at Belcan Engineering. I use targeted outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and strong hiring-manager partnership to fill specialized roles.
