What I'm looking for
I’m an accounts receivable specialist focused on delivering “resourceful and dedicated service” through strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. At Puroclean Home Savers, I generate and issue accurate and timely invoices, reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure payments are correctly posted, and follow up on overdue payments to resolve outstanding issues.
I also prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, process incoming payments (checks and electronic transfers), and support month-end close by reconciling the AR sub-ledger to the general ledger. Before that, I strengthened my coordination and customer-facing skills as a Telemarketer and Project Coordinator and as a Customer Service Representative—bringing clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, logical approach to every task.
