What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role in regulated healthcare where I can run quality and operational improvement programs end-to-end—building stakeholder alignment, improving workflows, and delivering KPI-driven results with strong compliance partnership.

I’m a healthcare operations and quality improvement leader with 16+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives in behavioral health, outpatient healthcare, SUD treatment, senior care, and assisted living. I turn ambiguous operational problems into structured project plans, stakeholder cadences, workflow redesigns, and KPI reporting that drive measurable performance improvements.

In my current role as a Quality Improvement Manager, I lead cross-functional quality, compliance, technology, and operational improvement projects for community mental health programs—managing work from problem definition and implementation through adoption support and continuous improvement. I improved access to clinical services by increasing clients seen within 10 business days from 45.7% to 96.8% and reducing average time to first service from 43.49 to 19.24 days.

I also lead RCA/CAPA work and complex, regulated documentation efforts, including an initiative addressing $713K+ in documentation-related revenue loss. I coordinate eHR enhancement projects with clinical, IT, compliance, billing, and operations partners, and I rebuilt a defunct CQI program with annual planning, governance, project tracking, KPI reporting, and quality committee review processes.

From 2021–2025, I served as a Healthcare Operations & Quality Consultant, performing operational assessments, workflow reviews, and documentation analysis, then translating findings into action plans, process maps, policies/SOPs, audit tools, and leadership recommendations. Earlier leadership roles strengthened my ability to partner across multidisciplinary teams to improve regulatory performance, staff accountability, service delivery, and client/resident experience.
