What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate operations, support people directly, and keep projects accurate and on track—using clear communication, strong organization, and hands-on problem solving.

I’m a BFA-trained theater professional turned operations and customer-care leader, bringing strong organization, communication, and calm problem-solving to fast-moving teams. I care about helping people succeed—students, customers, artists, and donors included.

As an After School Care Site Coordinator at The Calhoun School, I manage students’ schedules and supervise grades 5–8 across study hall, sports, and STEM. I provide homework assistance, facilitate snack time, and support a smooth daily operation by coordinating both students and staff calendars.

My background also blends operations and numbers: as a Temporary Operations Assistant at Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, I greet members, set up conference rooms, and manage high-volume mail workflows (sorting, labeling, dating, copying, and scanning). I maintain spreadsheets tracking Broadway and Off-Broadway shows and the directors and choreographers involved, and I help organize large-scale mailing projects—while keeping shared spaces clean and well-run. As a remote Bookkeeper for The Fled Collective, I use Xero to manage and balance books, check for errors in artist payments and budget discrepancies, and coordinate clear expense tracking between the Operations committee and project producers.

I also bring customer-focused leadership from my service roles. At Uncommon Goods, I handled customer issues via phone, email, chat, and Zendesk, coached reps through difficult cases, and coordinated a 20+ person team on Slack to strengthen day-to-day execution. Alongside client services and sales work (including Salesforce-based account management and class/package selling), I’ve built a consistent track record of troubleshooting, collaboration, and reliable follow-through—whether I’m supporting customers, donors, or live production teams.
