Led 30+ in-school Shakespeare workshops for 1,000+ middle and high school students across Pennsylvania. Devised lesson plans using Objective/Text Work and verse analysis for productions like A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Macbeth, and applied trauma-informed de-escalation, safe behavior management, and DEIA practices during instruction.

Directed large groups of cast members and supported short-term crew and venue representatives through load-in/load-out, technical problem-solving, and audience/cast safety requirements. Coordinated complex logistics across 80,000+ miles of travel and helped engineer industry-standard sound setups using XLR connections, snake cabling, JBL speakers, and lavalier microphones.

Maintained kitchen and dining-area cleanliness and sanitation, including daily breakdown and cleansing of the main dish machine. Organized dishes and utensils through the machine, trained new employees, and delegated closing-shift tasks to support high-stress catering events.

Supervised front desk and reception work, coordinating specialist and client appointments while maintaining system security. Processed membership packages and retail purchases, resolved customer/support issues, and managed billing overrides, account takebacks, and employee schedules.

Monitored table and server availability, lobby and restroom readiness, and day-to-day supply needs to support smooth guest service. Developed front-facing guest conduct, bused tables, ran the expo, and streamlined carry-out orders in a fast-paced environment.
