What I'm looking for
I run programs end to end—tracking performance data, coordinating timelines across teams, and managing vendor and partner relationships—so decisions are grounded in numbers. I’m at my best owning recurring reporting and day-to-day execution across multiple moving parts.
Most recently, I raised Trimester 1 performance pass rates from 42% to 90% in one school year by tracking performance weekly and adjusting based on what the data showed. I also coordinated end-to-end logistics for events, maintained proactive family communication, and worked in a fast-paced test-and-adjust environment.
