At NAYAX / LYNKWELL, I built and operationalized an end-to-end migration program, bringing nearly the full planned U.S. client portfolio through migration in approximately two months. I created a nine-phase lifecycle, governance across five cross-functional teams, and the operating model and QA controls for scalable EV charging network migrations.
At EV CONNECT, I built a global SaaS onboarding model that cut implementation timelines from three to six months to six to eight weeks and increased concurrent delivery capacity from about two clients to four to six. At CHARGESMART EV, I directed operations for more than 300 customer accounts and approximately 2,500 charging ports; I also co-founded AVEL SYSTEMS, where I deliver operational and technology solutions across EV, construction, and home services.
