What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise technology programs, PMO portfolios, or partner operations where I can translate strategy into governance, delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and stronger cross-functional execution.

At RingCentral, I lead North America partner program operations across strategic post-sales relationships, aligning Product, Sales, Channel, Support, Professional Services, and Operations around onboarding, performance, escalations, and partner commitments. I designed a Tier 1.5 strategic partner support model and established QBR, governance, and executive-reporting cadences.

I've directed enterprise SaaS onboarding and implementation programs, translating customer and business requirements into integrated delivery plans across integrations, migrations, network dependencies, readiness, launch, and operational handoff. My work spans Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RAID controls, resource planning, budget management, and cross-functional execution.

Previously at DaVita, I managed a portfolio of 50+ IT infrastructure projects with approximately $75M in annual budget responsibility and led 14 full-time PMs plus up to 20 contractors. Across healthcare technology, data centers, networks, telecom, and professional services, I've focused on turning strategy into accountable delivery outcomes.
