I manage customer relations, sales, and office operations at Azimut Co. National Yachts Company, handling walk-in client inquiries, boat offers, purchasing processes, sales documentation, closing, and funds.

My work spans customer support, technical troubleshooting, CRM and DMS workflows, order processing, complaint resolution, and upselling. At Vodafone International Services, I supported UK and Ireland customers with network issues, software configuration, and technical fault diagnosis.
