What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue solving complex Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise infrastructure challenges, with opportunities to improve service reliability, automate operations, manage critical incidents, and apply ITIL, Agile, and Lean practices.

At Vodafone International Services (_VOIS Egypt), I administer and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint Server 2016, SharePoint Online, Windows Server, and SQL Server environments.

I investigate complex SharePoint failures using ULS logs, Event Viewer, and Correlation IDs, and work directly with Microsoft Support on P1/P2 incidents, trace submissions, and hotfix deployments. I was recognized with the _VOIS Get It Done Together Recognition Certificate for technical crisis management during critical SharePoint 2016 outages.

Previously at IT-Rays, I built and maintained custom WordPress themes, plugins, and client websites using PHP, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Elementor, and WPBakery. I also automate SharePoint administration with PowerShell, including permissions audits, storage quota tracking, and site collection administration.
