I’m a highly-skilled, motivated Microsoft Modern Workplace & Azure Solutions Architect with knowledge spanning Microsoft 365 technologies and Azure. For more than six years, I’ve supported thousands of Microsoft customers—solving technical issues and helping organizations adopt modern cloud capabilities.
In my current role, I deliver training for premier customers and act as a solution architect to design tailored Microsoft cloud migrations and provide support for existing cloud-based clients. I also lead and maintain technical team performance, conduct reviews with stakeholders around security and compliance, and ensure quality case management—coordinating with CSAMs and IMs to drive strong outcomes.
