I'm an SHRM-CP and MBA student in Human Resource Management pursuing an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role in a non-profit or mission-driven organization.

At Thaddeus Resource Center, I supported full-cycle recruitment for interns and volunteers, redesigned the interview process, and revamped job descriptions to improve consistency, candidate experience, and alignment with organizational needs. I also supported HR operations through applicant communication, reference letters, shared inbox management, and internal projects alongside senior HR mentors.

My background at Ernest Packaging Solutions and ADP strengthened my consultative approach, relationship management, CRM and data management, and cross-functional collaboration. I bring a people-first mindset and a strong interest in employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
