At FYND, I own the client-facing payments and refund module, working with clients, engineering, and product teams to investigate issues, test fixes in UAT, and improve workflows.
I used Freshdesk data to identify high-impact problems and helped reduce recurring escalations from 20–30 per day to zero. I also contributed to reducing the backlog from 450+ to 40–50 within a year and created the first approved SOP for the module.
I've built AI and no-code products including QuickDash AI, OpenVidyaX, Horizon 3D, CatType, and a 3D design studio recreated in Lovable. My projects focus on making dashboards, learning, space exploration, typing practice, and creative tools more accessible.
Before product work, I led operations teams at Teleperformance and Concentrix, managing staffing, escalations, mentoring, and performance. I bring hands-on product thinking backed by seven-plus years across team leadership, operations, technical support, and sales.
