I’m looking for a product role where I can use structured user research and funnel/growth data to define problems, write PRDs, and deliver measurable improvements in retention and engagement with strong cross-functional ownership.

I’m transitioning into product management after 4+ years of cross-functional experience in HR operations and B2B service delivery. I bring a practical, execution-ready mindset: identify user pain points through structured research, frame problems clearly, and translate insights into product requirements and roadmaps.

In independent product projects, I’ve used RICE prioritization, JTBD, OKRs, NSM definition, funnel analysis, PRD writing, and user journey mapping to make decisions grounded in data. I’m especially drawn to retention and growth levers where small changes can meaningfully move outcomes.

For Meesho Tier-3 User Retention, I ran mixed-methods research (interviews, surveys, and Play Store review analysis) to diagnose churn drivers behind a 25% weekly retention rate. I mapped the end-to-end journey across 6 funnel stages, identified the Order stage as the highest drop-off, designed 8 solutions across 3 pillars, and defined NSM and OKRs to target a 30% booster-triggered second-order rate.

For Twitter/X Growth Loop Optimization, I mapped 4 growth loops and pinpointed the Community Loop as the highest-leverage intervention point, then proposed interest-based onboarding solutions timed to the exact entry moment. Earlier, in service roles, I analyzed 500+ monthly support cases in Salesforce, reduced turnaround time by 20% through workflow changes, performed RCA on recurring query patterns, and built dashboards to surface actionable insights.
